Brentwood Capital Advisors Serves as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Candescent Healing

Brentwood Capital Advisors LLC is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Candescent Healing, LLC (“Candescent”) in its merger with RestorixHealth Inc. (“Restorix”).

Candescent and Restorix, both based in Tarrytown, NY, develop and manage comprehensive advanced wound care and hyperbaric treatment centers in collaboration with general acute care hospitals. The combined company, which will operate under the name RestorixHealth, represents one of the largest providers of wound care management services in the United States. As the demand for wound care services continues to grow, this merger allows the new company to provide industry-leading care to an increasing number of patients suffering from chronic wounds.
