Such information would normally include names, addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, social security numbers, dates of birth and financial information.
Information We Disclose – We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to any person or other entity except those third parties such as data service organizations we engage to help us provide services expected of us or except as required by law and regulation in the conduct of business. Accordingly, nonpublic personal information about you could be disclosed in response to subpoena and in the course of examination by regulatory authorities and audits performed by independent public accountants. Such entities represent their own privacy policies. Our policy and practices pertaining to nonpublic personal information of clients continue to apply to you and parties of interest even if the relationship has been discontinued.
