Brentwood Capital Advisors Serves as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Roots Behavioral Health

Brentwood Capital Advisors LLC (“BCA”) is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Roots Behavioral Health (“Roots” or the “Company”) in its sale to Hightop Health, a new outpatient mental health platform backed by JLL Partners and SV Health Investors.

Roots is a leading mental health practice based in Austin, Texas and serves Central Texas using evidence-based therapies, including holistic psychiatry, psychotherapy, medication management and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.  The Company was the first clinic in Texas to offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and remains at the forefront of innovative treatment modalities to address the growing demand for mental health disorders.  Roots was founded in 2016 by Brent Turnipseed, M.D. and Andrea Turnipseed, LCSW.
