Tom Wylly, Chairman, has over 40 years of middle market healthcare services, healthcare technology and business services investment banking experience. Tom has completed over 150 advisory and underwriting transactions totaling over $9 billion in aggregate transaction value. Prior to joining BCA in 2001, Tom was a partner and co-head of Corporate Finance at J. C. Bradford & Co. Prior to JC Bradford & Co., he was with Wachovia Bank.  Tom graduated from the University of Virginia in 1976 with a B.S. in Commerce.

Personal

• A native of Atlanta, Tom lives in Nashville with Pam, his wife of 42 years. His two grown children and five grandchildren live close by in Nashville.
• Tom loves the beach and the Colorado mountains where he enjoys golf, snow skiing and as much time outdoors as possible.
• The greatest joy in his career comes from serving entrepreneurial CEO’s and founders who defeat skepticism, solve real problems, lead by example, build great organizations and create jobs/careers in their communities.
• Tom is Chairman of the Nashville Capital Network and Westminster Home Connection, serves as an elder at Westminster Presbyterian Church and serves or has served on the Board of KIPP Nashville, Teach for America Nashville and the Martha O’Bryan Center.
